History

Remuera Upland Motors is located on the site of the original McLaren Garage – which was home to kiwi motor racing legend, Bruce McLaren after his father purchased the garage in 1936. Bruce McLaren was tragically killed while testing a car at Goodwood in 1970 and the Bruce McLaren Trust was later established to honour Bruce and promote various initiatives.
